Martin's Conjecture in the Projective Hierarchy 

(Abstract)

Martin's conjecture on degree invariant functions is known to be essentially a large cardinal hypothesis. In this talk we provide a level-by-level analysis of Martin's conjecture in the projective hierarchy in relation to the Axiom of Determinacy, and discuss its consistency strength.  This talk is based on joint work with Wang Wei and Yu Liang.
