Important Notes
Class timetable changes are strongly
discouraged because any revisions may affect a larger community.
Part-time graduate students who encounter schedule
constraints in graduate modules may put up requests
to the lecturers during the first lecture or contact the
lecturers directly. Timetable changes must be agreed by the
lecturer and all students enrolled in the same module, and
submitted in writing (on a template with signatures). This
can only be done once classes have started, and is subject to
approval and time/space availability.
Examination timetables cannot be changed.
Hence, students should (and are responsible to) ensure
they do not read modules with clashing examination
timetables.
